FUSION YOU

Fusion You is a 3 to 9-month program designed to immerse you into a space of creativity and learning to help you discover your innermost potential. Through the mentorship of a certified life coach and our skilled processors, you will learn how to break through your blocks, find your gifts, and learn how to live a life filled with more joy, creativity, love, acceptance and freedom. The knowledge you will gain after participating in this program will help you for years to come. Invest in yourself and break into your best life.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ages 18+ for most cohorts (unique cohorts may have a different age requirement)

  • Apply below, complete the interview process and accept an offer to participate.

  • Attend all mandatory, required and optional sessions/classes for the duration of the program. *On average participants invest 2-4 hours of time each week for program sessions and/or personal application and reflection.

  • Possess an eagerness to learn and apply a variety of tools that develop a growth mindset, identify blocks and barriers, creatively express emotion, validate the experiences of others, and engage in self reflection.

3 Month Foundational

We’re excited to share some incredible news that will mark the beginning of an extraordinary journey towards self discovery. We are introducing our 3-month Foundational Program, designed to pave the way towards our highly anticipated Fusion You and Family Fusion programs. Our Foundational Program is more than just a prerequisite—it's an invaluable opportunity to set the stage for specialized programs that will delve into specific areas of personal growth and skill development; your completion of the Foundational Program will ensure you're fully equipped to take on your next chapter.

Empowerment & leadership

Learn to build a strong foundation of self-confidence, and resilience, to gain an understanding of your unique strengths. Cultivate the skills that are necessary to lead with authenticity. Empowerment and leadership converge to shape not only your future but the future of those you’ll inspire.

Conflict Resolution

This 3 month program delves into the art and skillset of navigating disagreements or perspectives in a constructive manner. Mastering conflict resolution empowers individuals to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and positive change.

Grief & loss

The lack of mourning rituals in American culture can make it difficult to cope with loss. Sometimes you may not realize the many forms loss can take -- death of a loved one or pet, divorce, infertility, breakups, unemployment, illness or injury, estrangement, the list goes on and on. You might even be burdened by the grief that accompanies these losses without knowing how heavily it weighs on you. This can leave you feeling stuck. Through writing and other creative modalities in this program, you will be able to identify, confront, and move through the grief that prevents you from discovering new opportunities.

Application for scholarships

With help from donors and everyday Share Shop participants, Fusion You is able to provide the funding for the majority of our programs. We are aware that each individual’s potential for growth and empowerment should not sit only where your financial needs can take you. Please take the time to fill out this application towards a full or partial scholarship for our Foundational and/or Specialty Cohorts.

Play (18+)

As adults, we gradually distance ourselves from the simple pleasures that play can offer. We inadvertently disregard the incredible impact play has on our mental, emotional, and even physical well-being. Play, come discover your play personality and rekindle your relationship with your inner child and your true self.

Beginning April 2024

Play (11-14 Years)

Play is critical for self-regulation, choice, decision making and mastering higher cognitive processes. Play is the place where children practice these skills. This cohort based program will teach emotional intelligence and self-regulation through free play and guided play approaches
