Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the ‘not quite’, the ‘not yet’ and the ‘not at all’. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be one. It exists. It’s real. It’s possible. It’s yours.

  • I'm gonna share my quote. "Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark, in the hopeless swamps of the 'not quite', the 'not yet' and the 'not at all'. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved and have never been able to reach. The world you desire can be one. It exists. It's real. It's possible. It's yours." And that's from Ayn Rand. The second question I thought I would do two, what I like about healing or what's important to me about healing is that it could be a full system approach that it's not just about healing mentally or physically, that all these systems are inter-related. And as you start working on one, the others are gonna also ask for attention. And if healing can be approached as a whole system job, I think it becomes so much more powerful and more lasting. And I think there's something so beautiful about the brutal nature of healing. Like if you start working on your physical health, then maybe you start also growing in how you relate to other people or how you have boundaries with others. And I just think that's so interesting because it's painful. It's painful to go through that. And it's also really powerful on the other side. And even in the process, those moments of pause and break, when you look back and you recognize, "Wow, I've come so far, I healed so much and it's okay that there's still more to do. So that is what I really love about healing and why it's so important to me.

Niche: I want to empower individuals to feel comfortable shaping boundaries for themselves and their relationships with others that lead to a deeper sense of compassion and connectivity. Boundaries can not only be used as a way to disconnect from toxic or harmful people and things, but can also be a system that allows for more compassion and connectivity. While my work honors the need that sometimes boundaries are necessary to create safe separation, I also work with clients to explore what boundaries create deeper and more fulfilling relationships.

I have always loved people and I am a champion of the individual. If individuals are empowered and strong, then relationships and families are strong, and that spreads to communities and has an impact at a global level. My personal practice is to learn from the past, live in the present, and plan for the future and I believe in the ability to live a life with no regrets. I am a challenge-accepter, cat mom, yoga lover, and food enthusiast.

My background comes from the healing I found in yoga, the education I received in my psychology and counseling degrees, and my experience as a human on this earth who is trying to do her best. It is important to me that I meet every person where they are at, holding the tension that is accepting them for all they are while also encouraging them to pursue their best self. Personal growth and development have always been an important part of my life and in order to achieve my goal of empowering others I have sought paths that have blessed me with tools to be able to do that.
