EIM

Energy in motion (EIM). Emotions. I have spent so much of my depth understanding and learning them. It’s like a land with land markers, signposts, and many travelers along the way. Having an emotional vocabulary is critical to the growth of our Emotional Intelligence, or EQ. EQ is essential for Relationship Intelligence (RQ). They all work in a symbiotic way for the advancement of our species and the advancement of your life towards self-growth, healthy communication, and a full understanding of your magnificent being in all its potential.

I grew up in a household where there were two emotions: anger and sadness. They were gender defined and had a power/lack of power dynamic. I bet you can guess which fell into which category? Dad was the heavy and mom was the disempowered. I knew from a young child that there was a critical flaw in this system. I spent my life and my entire career thus far studying people, books, mentors to understand the lay of the lands better. Each emotion, and there are many, hold a beautiful language and I just love undiscovered territory.

I grew up identifying stronger with anger, its powerful towering always drew me in. BUT, the breath out was ferocious, it hurt inside, it hurt outside, and I inched my way towards finding another way. Who knew it would be my sadness? The marriage of the two, anger and sadness, have brought profound changes in me. I feel understood and seen in ways I never dreamed just because I learned how to identify and express my feelings better.

EIM is a dedication to the sacred space of feelings. A bold undertaking of vulnerability and trust that the message will convey and give permission for you to better your personal understanding, your parenting, your communal offerings, your self-love and other love and inch us all towards a better humanity.
