DBT Skills Series; Interpersonal Effectiveness Part I w/Taelor

In this class, we’ll focus on some skills to help navigate tricky interpersonal conflicts while maintaining respect for yourself and others.

DBT is an evidenced based practice that aims to support change by focusing on four main components: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation. This series is not a therapeutic processing group but will be focusing on education of the skills in the four main modules.
