In this second part, we’ll discuss and learn skills that support developing healthy relationships in your life.

DBT is an evidenced based practice that aims to support change by focusing on four main components: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation. This series is not a therapeutic processing group but will be focusing on education of the skills in the four main modules.
