Not many people associate the word “fun” with exercising, but getting your body moving and blood pumping can and should be fun. In a supportive and group atmosphere, it absolutely is fun and leads to an emotional lift as well as physical gains. In the FFF class, setting goals and hitting targets will be fun, rewarding, and will allow you to set

progressive goals with improvements in time all the while enjoying the journey.
