Loss, and feelings of the pain of grief, were always unspoken in my childhood home. Everyone was expected to keep those feelings to ourselves. Now that I’m an adult, and I’ve experiences traumatic, profound, deep grief, I’m finding ways to express my feelings through art and art journaling. This is not an easy path but a necessary one. Learn journaling and art skills to help us process our feelings of grief. We will create journal pages and use the pages, along with other collage materials and art supplies to turn our grief into a meaningful piece of artwork or journal page.
