Holistic Hula: Part III w/Jade (Virtual)

This class is a 3 part series where you will learn the basics of Hula & Tahitian movement and how it applies to accepting and loving your body as is. We will infuse learning the basics of self compassion and simple mindfulness techniques to create a well rounded class that helps your body and mind. Holistic Hula will help you find strength in your thighs, core and arms; it will help you feel emotionally lighter, and allow you a space to move in a way that feels good for YOUR body❤️
