Holistic Hula with Jade

This class is made for every level of dance ability as long as you are willing to embrace the movement (as small or big as you can do!) While you will learn proper technique, for us, it’s less about perfect “performance” movement and more about feeling the joy that can come from letting your hips and hands flow. You will find your posture, your core, and strengthen your thighs as you use them to sway your hips in a graceful and strong way. We will also have a mini meditation at the end of every class.
